Williams Service Company was founded in 1979 by Gary Williams, a skilled HVAC professional with a vision to serve the East York community. Starting with a small operation, Gary built the business on a foundation of quality craftsmanship and customer satisfaction, quickly earning a reputation for reliable heating, ventilation, and air conditioning services.
When Gary unexpectedly passed away, the company transitioned into the capable hands of brothers Bob and Tom Deroche in January 1991. With Bob’s background in accounting and Tom’s experience as an HVAC service technician, they upheld Gary’s legacy while guiding the business toward growth. In November 2024, ownership passed to Brian and Kristen Repasky, who purchased the company with fresh energy and a commitment to quality service, aiming to further its reach and reputation.
